After dealing with a few HVAC issues, I reached out to Ariel Air Inc. and was really impressed with how easy the entire process was. Alex was quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and took the time to explain what was going on with my HVAC system without making me feel pressured into anything I didn’t need.
From the first call to the completed job, everything went smoothly. Alex was honest about the options available, showed up when he said he would, and made the entire process stress-free. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping customers find the right solution for their heating and cooling needs.
Since the work was completed, my system has been running better than ever, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in both comfort and efficiency. It’s not always easy to find someone who is dependable, knowledgeable, and fair, which is why this experience stood out to me.
If you’re looking for help with HVAC repair, AC service, furnace issues, heating and cooling maintenance, or a new system installation, Alex is someone you can trust to get the job done right. Great service, honest communication, and quality work from start to finish. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Alex and ArielAir was recommended to me by a friend for a heat pump install. I called Alex and discussed the best way to replace my failing heat pump. He is very knowledgeable, gave me good advice regarding heating my house, and didn't try to upsell me on the most expensive system.
His crew did fantastic work installing a new heat pump and air handler. They took away and disposed of the old heat pump for me as well. My new system works very well, for both heating and cooling. Temperature stays closer to setpoint and the airflow is much better.
A pleasure to do business with and highly recommend.

Our air conditioner stopped working on Sunday. Called the big box stores, and looked on FB for suggestions. A recommendation by FB to Arielair and I called. The owner was able to come that day. The crew was here first thing Monday morning, installing a brand new unit. We were very satisfied with quality of service and prompt response. Most importantly, the price was lower than HD or LoWs. Great experience. Highly recommend.
